Fees

My fees are $200 per 60-minute session for individual therapy. I accept online payments or bank transfers as payment methods.

You may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $93.35 per session if you have a referral and Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP. If you have private insurance, please check with them to see if they cover your psychology sessions.

understanding the process

Once you decide to explore therapeutic support, you have three options:

Medicare: A good first step is to contact your GP to discuss your mental health needs. If appropriate, they may provide you with a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP), which allows you to access Medicare rebates for up to 10 sessions per year with a registered psychologist. This plan helps reduce the cost of therapy and makes support more accessible.

Private Insurance: If you don’t have Medicare, you might consider using private health insurance, if applicable. It’s wise to check your policy to see if psychology services are covered. Please note that you may also need a referral from your GP for your private insurance.

Self-Funded: If you prefer, you can fund your sessions privately.

After you have obtained your MHCP or decided whether to use your private insurance or self-fund your sessions, you can contact me to schedule an initial intake chat. During this conversation, I’ll explain how the therapy process works, discuss your needs and goals, and outline how we can work together.

If we’re a good fit, we will proceed with your registration and book your first session.
